0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags in the art and craft area in the preschool, toddlers, and kitchen during monitor visit. 0165(3)(a) There was some sharp scissors in the preschool classroom during monitor visit. 0165(2)(c) There were some strings in the toddler’s bathroom and on some teething toys posing a choking hazard. There were some electrical cords not secured posing a choking hazard in the infant room. 0165(3)(g) There was outlet plate cover cracked in the preschool classroom.
